| Surpise/Disaster
Once or twice every month the admin or co-admin will pick out 10-15 members and randomize the names, each person will be given a surprise or disaster. This is completely random so don't complain.

| Greenland Auctions
Greenland Auctions usually has the best horses out there. The horses age from one year old to six years of age. If you want a future winner, you should come here. Although you might need quite a bit of money.

| Westbrook Auctions
Westbrook has moderately good horses, every now and then you might find a fantastic horse for a cheap price. The horses are ages from one year to ten years of age. This is a good auction house to get young racers if you want a project, or just to get a pleasure horse.

| Fenwood Auctions
More than half the time this is where crummy horses end up. It is very cheap and horses of all ages can be found here. It is a good place to get a pleasure horse or a companion for your thoroughbred horses however. If you want a huge project you can try to grab a racehorse here.

| The Racetracks |
| Greenland Track
This is the local race track, where all horses from around here will start off as they work their way up to the bigger races. The purses here are usually about five thousand dollars, sometimes less depending on how many entrants.

| Roosevelt Track
This is a rather good track, good practice for just before the Kentucky Derby, there is a ton of competition here and the purses are huge. If you think your horse is up to it, you could get a ton of cash out of this one race.

| Triple Crown Races (3 sub-boards)
If you think you have a good enough horse to race for the triple crown you will want to enter here. First enter the Kentucky Derby, then the Preakness and finally the Belmont. It will be a long haul but your horse will make history if it wins all three.

| The Farmland |
| Twilight Racing Stables (4 sub-boards)
One of the largest barns around, everyone recognizes a Twilight horse when they see one. All Twilight horses are dressed in the familiar blue and black silks. Twilight Stables owns around fifty acres total with three large barns, two race tracks and one indoor arena. A lot of the best trainers are hired here, there fore there are a lot of boarders. If you want to board here post within.

| Final Furlong Stables
Final Furlong stables is a work in progress from Alicia Smith, who is having the farm built to replicate her father's famous racing stable. The stable has two large barns and a smaller barn used for breeding and birthing along with several pastures, two trainings tracks and a Water Pool used for vetinary and training purposes. It will be a very good stable once complete

A large white farm house rests in the middle of many green pastures. This farm has about thirty acres total, all of it fences in with beautiful white fencing. There is a large main barn and a smaller back barn. It has a very good sized race track and a large arena. In all this facility is very good for training thoroughbreds.

| Dead Heat Tack
Mostly specializing in racing tack this tack store has pretty good prices. Dead Heat also sells english and western tack for retired race horses or pleasure horses. This store specializes in expensive feeds for high maitanence race horses.

| Stud Listings Inc. (1 sub-board)
This place offers to advertise your stallion for stud. There are also 5 studs that are already there, these are not rped by anyone, but simply in the book for those who wish to breed mares, but no studs are listed. It also has a wide variety of stud books for those who wish to breed their mare to look at. Sometimes it may be costly for stallion owners however, but in the end it is totally worth it.

| Hospital
When racing horses everybody gets hurt right? Isn't it lucky that there is a hospital only about fifteen minutes away? Hopefully no one will be coming here, but if you are there is a well trained staff to help you out whether you are ill, hurt or having a baby.

| Veterinary Office
This veterinary office specializes in large animals like horses, cows ect. But it will also take in dogs, cats, or birds sometimes even wild animals. The staff here are very good but if your animal is injured it could be very costly.

| Violet Park
This park is quite lovely with many trails that people may ride there horses on. It got its name for in the spring tons, maybe even hundreds of violets will sprout through the grass. It is a well kept park and is quite a lovely place to go for walks and get away from the races for a little bit.

| The Green
The Green in the common name for this large park where you can sit on the grass, play sports, have a picnic, eat at a small cafe and just relax.
